When authorised staff choose Discord sign-in, the website may receive their Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar, server membership and relevant server roles. The website may also store profile details, character information, applications, staff decisions and audit records created through Blackstone RP services.
Why we use it

- To protect the website, investigate misuse and keep an administrative audit history.
Sessions and security
The website uses secure session cookies so you remain signed in. Authentication secrets, bot tokens and database credentials are stored only in the server hosting environment and are not placed in public website code.
Sharing
Information is used for Blackstone RP community administration and is not sold to advertisers. Service providers such as Discord, Vercel and the configured database provider process information only as needed to operate their services.
Retention and requests
Information is retained while needed for membership, moderation, security and legitimate community administration. Contact Blackstone RP through the official Discord support system to request correction or deletion where appropriate.
